My name is Lydia Innacola and I am the 3rd and 4th grade School Counselor at Hans Herr Elementary School. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and my Master's degree in School Counseling from Duquesne University. Upon earning my certification, I worked as a Long Term Substitute Elementary School Counselor for the Lebanon School District. Following this position, I worked as a Long Term Substitute Middle School Counselor at Manheim Township School District and then as a Long Term Substitute High School Counselor at Eastern Lancaster County School District. I am new to the Lampter-Strasburg School District as of 2014 and am very excited to be here! Prior to my experience as a School Counselor, I worked with students with special needs as a Personal Care Assistant for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, going on hikes, spending time with family, and traveling.
